At Toddla, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be returned in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at toddlabathtoy@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for completing the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
